Accessibility
If someone can't use our store, that's our problem to fix — not theirs.
Our standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means readable colour contrast, text that scales, meaningful headings, descriptive alt text on product photography, and pages that work without a mouse.
What's in place today
Keyboard navigation across menus, product galleries, size selection and checkout.
Labelled form fields and buttons so screen readers announce them correctly.
Alt text on product and editorial imagery.
Responsive layouts with tap targets sized for one-handed mobile use.
Motion kept subtle, with no essential information conveyed by animation alone.
Known gaps
Some third-party components — payment and checkout screens in particular — are outside our direct control. We test them regularly and raise issues with those providers.
Report a barrier
Ran into something that didn't work? Email info@summitwool.com with the page and what happened. We reply within two business days and will help you complete your order in the meantime — by email or phone if that's easier.
Alternative formats
Need size charts, care instructions or policies in a different format? Ask and we'll send them in plain text or large print.
