By browsing summitwool.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to show accurate product photos and descriptions, but colours can vary slightly between screens and production runs. Prices and availability can change without notice.

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock we can no longer supply — you'll be refunded in full if that happens.

Delivery timelines, return windows and exchange conditions are set out on our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Merino needs a little care: cold wash, gentle cycle, no bleach, no tumble dry. Damage from care outside our stated instructions isn't covered.

The Summitwool name, logo, product designs, photography and site copy are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our products are performance socks, not safety equipment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
