When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional) and the details of your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never touch our servers.

When you browse the site we collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, so we can understand what's useful and what isn't.

To process and ship your order, to answer your emails, to handle returns and exchanges, to prevent fraud, and — if you subscribed — to send you occasional product news. We do not sell your personal information.

Only the service providers we need to run the store: our e-commerce and payment platform, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. They may only use your data to perform the service they provide to us.

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working.

You only receive marketing email if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@summitwool.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Data is stored with encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it.
